Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality, compassionate care to emergency department patients;
  • Working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery;
  • Participating in clinical governance and decision-making processes to drive improvement and excellence;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training;
  • Conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field;
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant;
  • Board certification from a recognized certifying organization (e.g., NCCPA, ANCC);
  • At least 2 years of experience in Emergency Medicine or a related setting;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
