Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
  • Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
  • Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
  • Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
  • Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
  • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
  • Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • A degree is preferred but not required.
  • Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

There is tremendous earning potential with no cap.

We offer a competitive starting pay of $50,000 annually, with a commission quota of $160,000 annually.

In addition, you would be eligible to earn commissions, which can range from $40k to $500k annually.

Commissions are not capped.

After the appropriate waiting period, you'd be eligible to participate in gpac benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and a 401k plan.
