Critical Care Nurse Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans through initial and ongoing assessments.
- Initiate and coordinate care based on patient problems, medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Degree (BSN preferred)
- Experience: 1+ year of RN experience, with previous ICU experience preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
