Position Overview

MultiCare is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to become part of our innovative and collaborative team. This float position is designed to support our urgent care facilities. Our providers are dedicated to modernizing healthcare by making it more approachable and efficient for all. They are committed to teamwork, scientific principles, and ensuring a remarkable experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinics operate 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM
  • Schedules are planned two months in advance
  • Float team members may work at various locations, with potential same-day shift changes as needed
  • Proficiency in suturing, splinting, minor procedures, x-ray interpretation, and treating patients of all ages is required
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and malpractice coverage are provided

Qualifications

  • Active Washington state license by the time of employment
  • DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
  • Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine settings
