About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Primary Children's Hospital. As a key member of our surgical service neonatal team, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to critically ill and premature infants in the NICU.

Your responsibilities will include managing complex health issues, including resuscitation, assessment, diagnosis, medication management, ventilation management, treatment, and timely documentation. You will also participate in daily rounding with the interdisciplinary medical team and support pre- and post-operative patients requiring cardiac, neurological, and other surgical needs.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $132K - $213K annually, depending on experience. You will also be eligible for shift differentials ranging from 10-50% above base pay when working night, weekend, holiday, or extra shifts.

Requirements:
