Job Overview

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Training Manager to lead training initiatives for Oracle HCM Cloud users. This role involves a hybrid work model, requiring candidates to be within a reasonable commuting distance.

The Oracle HCM Cloud Training Manager will play a pivotal role in addressing client inquiries, identifying training opportunities, and evaluating training needs. This position includes the administration and enhancement of training programs, coordination of training sessions, and assessment of training outcomes. Additionally, effective coaching of the training team and management of stakeholder relationships are essential components of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development:

  • Craft and implement training programs specifically designed for Oracle HCM Cloud users.
  • Ensure that training materials are engaging, relevant, and regularly updated.

Performance Review Integration:

  • Incorporate feedback from performance reviews into training initiatives.
  • Identify and address gaps through targeted training solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Regularly evaluate and refresh training content.
  • Adopt best practices and innovative training techniques.

Reporting

Training Effectiveness:

  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for program enhancements.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Keep stakeholders informed about training plans and progress.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align training with organizational objectives.

Daily Responsibilities

Customer Inquiries and Training Opportunities:

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding Oracle Cloud training.
  • Identify training opportunities based on feedback and performance assessments.

Training Needs Forecasting:

  • Evaluate and predict both short-term and long-term training requirements for Oracle Cloud users.
  • Develop a comprehensive training strategy to address these needs.

Training Program Administration:

  • Maintain and update relevant training programs and courses.
  • Ensure that training materials are aligned with the latest Oracle Cloud updates and best practices.

Coordination and Facilitation:

  • Organize and lead training sessions across various domains.
  • Manage logistics for training, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Tracking and Evaluation:

  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Adjust training programs as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Training Impact Assessment:

  • Evaluate the impact of training through defined metrics.
  • Utilize assessment data to continuously enhance training programs.

Training Deliverables:

  • Prepare necessary training documentation and reports to support training execution.
  • Track milestones and deliverables effectively.
  • Ensure timely updates to the overall training plan.
  • Create reports and presentations for stakeholder review.

Skills and Qualifications

Technical Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM applications and their functionalities.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud training resources.

Training Expertise:

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs.
