Position Overview:
As a Customer Relationship Specialist in Financial Services, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, support, or sales within the financial or banking sector.
- Onsite presence is required.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to multitask while meeting customer-centric and results-oriented goals.
- Financial or banking experience is essential.
- Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
- A keen interest in understanding our business and clients, focused on delivering optimal solutions.
- Strong negotiation and analytical abilities; prior sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable managing high call volumes and building lasting relationships with clients over the phone.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as necessary.
- Openness to constructive feedback and commitment to ongoing personal development.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with both external and internal customers through various communication channels (phone, email, and letters), maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask insightful questions to identify concerns and address objections.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, processing a range of requests with varying levels of complexity, including account reconciliations, updates, document requests, invoices, buyout quotes, and troubleshooting web portal issues.
