In the role of Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of our service department, responsible for managing the customer experience in the service lane. From welcoming vehicle owners upon arrival to elucidating the repair process, our Customer Service Specialists are true professionals who take pleasure in assisting others. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of the service lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.
  • Take charge of the customer experience by executing additional tasks that leave a positive impression on our clientele.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure customers are well taken care of.
  • Guarantee that the daily allocation of technicians' time is consistently utilized to serve customers effectively.
  • Efficiently distribute work among technicians.

  • Acceptable driving record in accordance with dealership standards.

Salary range begins at 75K.
