Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our 35-unit apartment community, Lynn Oaks Apartments, in West Linn, OR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the property's marketing efforts to attract new residents
  • Maintain the property's integrity, including repairs and maintenance
  • Screen prospective residents and collect rents
  • Prepare reports and agreements
  • Live on-site with a 35% monthly discount on rent
Requirements:
  • Two years of previous customer service experience
  • Two years of previous property management experience
  • Previous experience with Entrata Property Management Software
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
