Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Assist in leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train 5-10+ employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management: Analyze profit and loss statements, affect change to capture and capitalize on opportunities, and ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensure satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.
  • Physical Demands: Regular talking and hearing, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing, frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
  • 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
  • 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
  • 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
  • Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check.
