We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor. This is a full-time, overnight shift position that offers a challenging and rewarding work environment.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to promote a safe and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Illinois RN License; BSN preferred.
- Two (2) years experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a psychiatric health care facility. Supervisor and managerial experience preferred.
