Job Description

The Management Trust is a leading community association management company that prides itself on its commitment to delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients. As a Community Association Manager Professional, you will play a key role in working alongside the New Development Team to provide management and support for new development associations.

This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of communities, providing guidance and recommendations to Board members, and ensuring compliance with governing documents and applicable state statutes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of assigned communities, including reviewing financial statements and preparing budget reports
  • Attend association meetings, prepare Board packets, and communicate with Board members and homeowners as needed
  • Collaborate with Division Leadership and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve community management processes and procedures
  • Provide high-level customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community association management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with occasional long hours required to meet business needs

Salary Range:$77,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
