About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative for Association Operations to join our team at The Management Trust. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing Work Orders, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines. They will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records, processing ARC applications, and coordinating with service providers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage review, assignment, and follow-up for complex Association Work Orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of homeowner information, Work Orders, and ARC applications.
  • Process compliance notices and fines according to community guidelines.
  • Coordinate with service providers regarding access to the community or parking enforcement.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize tasks, multi-task, and provide high-level customer service.
  • Conflict resolution skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $20 - $22 per hour based on location and experience.
