Wound Care Specialist

Job Overview:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Wound Care Specialist to join our team at Vohra Wound Physicians. As a key member of our post-acute wound care team, you will provide bedside clinical care to patients in skilled nursing facilities and via telemedicine.
">About the Role:
">- Assist physicians with wound care duties, including preparing patients for treatment and facilitating efficiency during rounds.
- Troubleshoot issues with SNF staff and ensure patients are available for physician consultation.
- Take notes as dictated by physicians during rounds, documenting wound measurements, locations, and treatment plans.
- Participate in telemedicine visits and assist with obtaining written consent for procedures.
Requirements:
">- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) in good standing with the state.
- Positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Meet local health regulations and pass post-employment physical exam if required.
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
