Job Summary:

As a Medical Assistant in our Physician Practices, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical offices. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our physicians and healthcare teams in providing high-quality patient care. This will involve performing various administrative and clinical tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with patient flow and ensuring efficient use of time
  • Recording vital signs and collecting specimens
  • Administering injections and performing other clinical tasks
  • Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing administrative duties

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Basic employment skills and knowledge of medical terminology
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
  • American Heart Association CPR certification
