Job Overview

Position: Inventory Control Systems Specialist

**This role requires in-office presence**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately inputs inventory transactions such as work order issues, purchase order receipts, transfers, and adjustments into the ERP system promptly.
  • Implements and maintains procedures to ensure precise inventory levels within the ERP system.
  • Participates in cycle counting and overall inventory management.
  • Contributes to the rollout of the Bar Code System.
  • Collaborates with Quality and Manufacturing Departments to manage Returns and VRMAs effectively.
  • Assists in investigating inventory discrepancies, including serial number swaps and work order issues.
  • Maintains a clean and organized inventory area.
  • Stays updated with evolving technologies, particularly software applications.
  • Supports Receiving, Purchasing, and other Warehouse functions as required.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing context.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in shipping and receiving is advantageous.
  • Must successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Demonstrates adaptability to changing conditions and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient reading comprehension.
  • Ability to collaborate well with others and maintain organization across departments.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
