Job Overview

Adecco is partnering with a leading provider of adolescent healthcare services to recruit a skilled Mental Health Therapist in Mt Washington, KY.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and supervision to clients according to agency policies and procedures, licensing and accreditation requirements.
  • Create a therapeutic environment to provide appropriate care to our clients.
  • Function as a part of the treatment team and help implement the client's treatment plan.
  • Exhibit professionalism and positive role modeling for clients, peers, and outside groups/visitors.
  • Promote healthcare protocols, including medication administration and other medical tasks as designated by the program nurse.
  • Ensure clients' needs for clothing, nutrition, hygiene, rest, and recreation are met on a daily basis.
  • Identify potential risk factors and take measures to reduce those risks.
  • Create a safe, secure, and sanitary environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of clients' protected health information and comply with the HIPAA privacy rule.
Qualifications
  • Masters-level counselors and therapists with pre-licensure or full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) required.
