Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAdecco is partnered with a premier provider of adolescent healthcare services to help them recruit and hire a skilled Mental Health Therapist in Mt Washington, KY. 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Providing direct provision of care and supervision to clients according to agency policies and procedures, licensing and accreditation requirements.
- Creating a therapeutic environment to provide appropriate care to our clients. 
- Functioning as a part of the treatment team and helping implement the client’s treatment plan.
- Exhibiting professionalism and positive role modeling for clients, peers and outside groups/visitors.
- Promoting health care protocols to included medication administration and other medical tasks as designated by the program nurse.
- Ensuring that the client's needs for clothing, nutrition, hygiene, rest and recreation are met on a daily basis.
- Identifying potential risk factors (in a program environment) and takes measures to reduce those risks.
- Creating a safe, secure and sanitary environment. 
- Maintaining confidentiality of client's protected health information and complying with the HIPAA privacy rule. 

Qualifications:
- Masters level Counselors and Therapists with pre-licensure or full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) required.

Pay Details: 65,000.00 to 72,000.00 per year
