Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MILCON Schedule Expert to join our team at Cherokee Nation Businesses LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for advising on construction schedules to ensure they are realistic and on track for large, complex projects across the Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project planning and design reviews to ensure construction schedules are realistic and achievable.
  • Develop and analyze construction schedules using Primavera and Microsoft Project.
  • Identify and research factors affecting project costs and schedule.
  • Provide forensic analysis and documentation as needed.
  • Work with project managers and other consultants to find ways to reduce costs and schedule without compromising project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in construction scheduling and project management.
  • Current with the latest construction estimating and scheduling technology and techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction principles and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of WBDG, UFC, AFI, and other resources.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD–issued CAC card.

  • Competitive salary range: $110K - $130K.
