Our dealership is on the lookout for a talented Certified Recreational Vehicle Mechanic to become part of our growing full-service RV dealership and repair center. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing recreational vehicles, including travel trailers. Your duties may involve specializing in various systems and components, such as gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, chassis/towing systems, generators, appliances, and interior components. Our primary objective is to transform the customer experience regarding RV repairs and maintenance. We take pride in operating an honest shop and conducting business with integrity.

Compensation
  • Top performers can earn over $100,000 annually
  • Compensation is determined by certification level and experience
  • We are open to discussing relocation assistance
Schedule
  • Work days are Monday to Friday
  • Shift timings are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnoses of RV issues
  • Collaborate with service advisors on repairs and additional service requests
  • Plan work procedures in coordination with the shop foreman
  • Track repair timings and provide regular updates to the RV service advisor
  • Strictly adhere to dealership policies regarding RV care and operation
  • Create detailed reports and documentation for all repairs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including waste disposal protocols
  • Ability to learn through various training methods
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Perform any other assigned duties
Education/Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, etc.
  • Must possess a Master RV Tech Certification
