Job Title: Certified RV Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified RV Technician to join our team at Bretz RV & Marine. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing recreational vehicles, including travel trailers and motorhomes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Examine and diagnose RV problems to determine the root cause of the issue
  • Discuss repairs and additional service requests with service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Plan work procedures in cooperation with the shop foreman to ensure efficient and effective repairs
  • Monitor repair time and update RV service advisors regularly to keep customers informed
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for customers
  • Complete thorough documentation for all repairs to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations regarding the disposal of hazardous waste
  • Ability to learn through audio, visual, and hands-on training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area to ensure a healthy and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and other relevant skills
  • Master RV Tech Certification
