As a marine technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their boats are in excellent working condition.   • Repair and maintain various types of boats, including outboards, I/O's, and more
  • Perform routine maintenance, including winterizing duties and shrink-wrapping
  • Use diagnostic tools to test and set up engine components
  • Perform regular trailer maintenance and brake service
  • Assist with loading and unloading boats, as well as shop cleaning

Requirements:

  • Marine technician certification or previous experience in the field
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
