Position Overview
We are in search of a Geotechnical Engineer to contribute to our projects. The role involves a structured work schedule from 7 AM to 3 PM, with tasks assigned in advance by the Project Manager. Responsibilities encompass both shop assembly and fieldwork, which may require mobilization for varying durations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting fieldwork alongside contractors for the installation of wells and instruments.
- Assisting in the construction of bulkheads along waterfronts.
- Procurement of necessary supplies as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience with instrumentation and construction support.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
Work Environment:
This role is hybrid, requiring both on-site presence in New York and remote work flexibility.
Field Work:
Expect to spend approximately 90% of your time in the field.
