We are seeking a highly skilled Site FSQA Manager to oversee all aspects of food quality and safety at our production facility.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related experience, PCQI and GFSI certification, and a strong knowledge of HACCP and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage food safety and quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain food safety plans, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7 years of experience in food safety and quality management.
- PCQI and GFSI certification.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lift moderate weight and wear PPE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
