Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant with a strong background in commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Skyline systems and QuickBooks Online and capable of managing a high volume of transactions across multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain financial records for various commercial properties using Skyline systems and QuickBooks Online.
  • Handle a high volume of transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports for multiple entities.
  • Oversee tenant billing and collections, ensuring accurate lease adjustments.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to support accounting needs.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of accounting experience, particularly in commercial office leasing.
  • Proficient in Skyline systems and QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong understanding of commercial office leasing practices.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple companies and manage various responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
