Key Responsibilities
Exceptional Client Service: Act as the primary contact for clients, delivering prompt and precise assistance with their insurance inquiries.
Policy Oversight: Manage policy questions, modifications, and updates efficiently.
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and current client records and documentation are maintained.

Qualifications
A valid Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory.
Experience in Customer Service: Previous roles in customer service are preferred.
Insurance Acumen: Familiarity with personal lines insurance policies and coverages is advantageous.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
