Job Summary

BurgerBusters Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and supervision of a single BurgerBusters Inc. unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all products are made to standard and that all guest metrics are followed.
  • Food Safety: Ensure that all food safety standards are in compliance, including the physical plant.
  • New Product Training: Assist in the proper execution of all new product training rollouts.
  • Team Development: Assist in the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
  • Financial Performance: Assist in achieving all financial goals of the restaurant.
  • Operations: Track and analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controls daily. Take corrective action to ensure the restaurant exceeds targets.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide feedback to the management team on new hire performance.
  • Maintenance and Equipment: Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program.
Requirements and Essential Functions
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old
  • Criminal Background Check: Must pass a background check
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license
  • Transportation: Must have reliable private transportation
  • Experience: At least 1 year of assistant management experience. Food service experience is a plus.
  • Math and Computer Skills: Able to do basic business math and basic computer literacy
  • Schedule: Able to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends
