Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, evaluate, implement, and monitor resident health problems and care-related issues.
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure all care needs are met.
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders.
- Assign, direct, and evaluate LPN and CNA staff in care delivery on assigned shifts.
- Planning, conducting, and organizing clinical training sessions for agency staff.
- Coordinating and maintaining liaison with other health agencies.
- Monitoring of staffing and scheduling throughout the facility.
- Conducting on-site Medicaid reviews.
- Licensed as a Professional or Registered Nurse in Idaho as defined by Idaho Code OR
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse pursuant to the Nurse Licensure Compact, Idaho Code, in one of the following compact states: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.
