Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience, and once you are fully trained and self-sufficient, you will be eligible for a monthly 2% sales commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations within our custom labeled water bottle department.
  • Create work orders using QuickBooks.
  • Collaborate with our graphic designer to develop label artwork that exceeds client expectations.
  • Coordinate the production schedule for labels, fulfill water bottle orders, and manage deliveries.
  • Order inventory, including caps, bottles, and cases.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Assist clients with their delivery schedules and order adjustments for 5-gallon bottled water.
  • Support residential clients in scheduling maintenance or installation of purification systems.
  • Handle client invoicing.
  • Provide assistance to team members during downtime.
  • Occasionally assist walk-in customers, although foot traffic is minimal.
