Corporate Planning and Treasury Manager

Driven Brands is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Planning and Treasury Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting long-term strategic financial planning and treasury functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a three-statement financial model to support strategic decision-making
  • Create high-quality presentations and reports to assist executive leadership with strategic decision-making
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, long-term financial plans, and forecasts
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with leaders in Finance and Business Units to recommend key forecasting assumptions, including capital spending and debt capacity
  • Assist in the development and execution of the company's funding strategy, including debt issuance and management
  • Coordinate with capital partners, rating agencies, and other financial institutions to manage relationships and optimize financing options
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Planning, or related field
  • Advanced Excel experience, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud
  • Strong proficiency in cash flow forecasting, treasury planning, and banking operations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Preferred experience presenting to C-Suite/Executive level
