Position Overview

The Retail Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering strong relationships with clientele, and achieving set sales objectives.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to have comprehensive knowledge of our eyewear products, including the latest styles and trends, enabling you to provide tailored recommendations to our customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that all client needs are met and their shopping experience is unforgettable.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge by participating in training sessions and workshops.
  • Exhibit thorough understanding of the brand, including warranties and optical features available to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are addressed both in-store and through follow-up communications.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Assist with minor adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, both on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas.
  • Provide seamless omnichannel support, ensuring a cohesive customer service experience across all platforms.
  • Understand and comply with all brand policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or eyewear sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Dependable and punctual; reliability is essential.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • A collaborative team player who is adaptable, supportive, respectful, and open to constructive feedback.
  • Natural problem-solver with analytical thinking skills, capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with POS systems.
  • Background in luxury sales or the eyewear industry.

Compensation

Employee compensation is influenced by various factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, and local wage standards. Additionally, competitive bonuses and/or commission plans may be offered, complementing a comprehensive rewards package.
