About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Media Liaison to join our team in Los Angeles. This role will work closely with our account teams to drive media relations and publicity efforts for our clients across various industries.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of day-to-day client administration, including media tracking and support on key client documents such as drafting reports and briefing documents.
  • Proactive pitching and confirmation of media placements, targeting relevant journalists and influencers.
  • Strong understanding of international, national, digital, and regional media landscapes.
  • Developing client- and project-specific media lists and conducting research for existing clients and new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media professionals, including journalists, editors, photographers, and influencers.
  • Attending client meetings and managing reporting and follow-up.
  • Contributing to client strategy plans and playing a significant role in client initiatives and agency events.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and stories.
  • Maintaining Camron's media database and advising junior team members on its use.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in public relations or communications.
  • Established media relationships in design, architecture, and lifestyle categories.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to adhere to deadlines and work across multiple clients.
  • Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
  • Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Dropbox.
  • Passion for media, social, and digital platforms, including magazines, newspapers, websites, podcasts, and blogs.
