We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Workflow Strategist to join our team at Ateliere Creative Technologies.

About the Role

This is a pivotal position that requires a deep understanding of media workflows, including content creation, management, and distribution. As a Digital Media Workflow Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions that meet the unique needs of traditional and digital media companies.

Your expertise will be essential in helping us drive growth in the media and entertainment sector, from pre-sales to post-sales phases, as well as driving product strategy from a market perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Implementation
    • Design and implement cloud-based workflows to enable content consumption from ideation to distribution.
    • Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Technology Evaluations & Integrations
    • Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance media workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Delivery & Execution
    • Lead implementation plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with customers and their requirements.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless experiences and align solutions with business objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture roles, preferably within the Digital Distribution, Media Supply Chain, Live TV production, and Sports technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of live production and sports workflows, broadcast systems, and technologies.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales and post-sales roles, with a track record of successful project delivery for end-to-end content supply chains.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet demanding schedules.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $175K-$190K + Bonus, depending on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset.
