Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist in Charge to join our team at MEDI TECH RX LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management and be able to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense medications accurately and provide detailed counseling on medication usage and potential side effects.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
  • Manage controlled substances responsibly and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee and train pharmacy staff to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Work with healthcare providers to manage and improve patient care.
  • Handle insurance claims processing and reimbursement efficiently.
Requirements
  • A valid state required pharmacist license.
  • A Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
  • Experience with inventory management and cost-saving measures.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing a pharmacy team.
