Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our pharmacy team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medication Management: Dispense medications accurately to patients and maintain accurate records.
  • Patient Education: Provide comprehensive advice on medication use, side effects, and interactions to patients.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to all pharmacy regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Team Development: Train and support pharmacy staff in best practices and provide guidance on inventory management.
  • Collaborative Care: Work with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Mandatory: Valid pharmacist license in accordance with state laws.
  • Mandatory: Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) from an accredited program.
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in a pharmacy environment.
