We are seeking a Lead Financial Strategist who possesses a strong foundation in financial analysis and reporting. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting our Alternative Credentials Segment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), familiarity with financial systems such as Adaptive Insights, and a proactive approach to personal and professional development. Building and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders is essential in this collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering financial reports, analyses, forecasts, and other necessary documentation to support the Finance team.
  • Conducting reviews of Profit and Loss statements and performing monthly variance analyses against forecasts, pinpointing key drivers and areas for enhancement.
  • Assisting in the monthly expense forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
  • Fostering strong relationships and collaborating with business leaders to become a trusted advisor.
  • Maintaining financial models and ensuring data integrity.
  • Identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement within the team and across the organization.
  • Providing ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; a Graduate Degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A or a similar analytical capacity.
  • Proficient financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel, with a commitment to producing timely and precise work.
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar financial systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with an understanding of the underlying factors behind financial data.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus.
