A. Duie Pyle is looking for a dedicated full-time Inbound Dockworker to join our operations. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient movement of freight at our terminal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely loading and unloading freight from trailers using appropriate machinery, such as forklifts or electric pallet jacks.
  • Picking, staging, and securing freight within trailers to guarantee safe transport.
  • Utilizing our document management system to monitor and track freight shipment locations throughout the terminal.
  • Engaging with terminal staff and drivers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Upholding a customer service-oriented approach in all interactions.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience with forklifts or material handling equipment is advantageous.
  • Background in warehousing, freight handling, or logistics is preferred.
  • Ability to adhere to all safety regulations set by the company and government.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English for effective communication.
