A. Duie Pyle is looking for a dedicated full-time Inbound Dockworker to join our operations. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient movement of freight at our terminal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely loading and unloading freight from trailers using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or electric pallet jacks.
  • Picking, staging, and securing freight within trailers to guarantee safe transport.
  • Utilizing a document management system to track and oversee freight shipment locations throughout the terminal.
  • Maintaining effective communication with terminal personnel and drivers.
  • Adopting a customer service-oriented approach in all interactions.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience with forklifts or material handling equipment is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in warehousing, freight handling, or logistics is desirable.
  • Ability to adhere to all company and government safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English for effective communication.
