Automotive Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team at Auto Recruitment USA. As an Automotive Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring proper billing of all vehicles sold, setting up receivables/liabilities, and calculating sales commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold
- Setting up receivables/liabilities
- Calculating sales commissions
- Payoff trades to lenders
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
- Performing incentives
- Other duties assigned
Requirements:
- 2 years of Automotive Billing experience required
- DealerTrack experience a big plus but will train
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willing to submit a background check
