Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSNF Solutions is a nationwide, full-service billing and consulting firm focused exclusively on the unique needs of Skilled Nursing Facilities. We are looking for a remote SNF (Nursing Home) Collections Specialist who is detail-oriented and highly organized. Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task. We are looking to fill several full-time and part-time positions. Pay is determined based on experience and can be discussed. EXPERIENCE

MUST HAVE familiarity with:
  • PCC
  • SNF Billing 
  • Collections and Follow-Up
  • Claim Submission 
Familiarity with any of these is good, but not required: 
  • MatrixCare
  • Ability – now Involan 
  • Waystar
  • Availity
  • As well as multiple Insurance/Managed Care Claim Web Portals
MUST HAVE Experience with billing:
  • Medicare
  • Medicaid (Multiple States a plus)
  • Managed Medicaid (Multiple States a plus)
  • Insurance and Managed Care Insurance
  • Co-Insurance
Skills:
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Efficient in follow-up on outstanding claims.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • English proficiency required.
