Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MSO I Financial Services Representative to join our team at True Sky Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, promoting credit union products and services, and meeting or exceeding established performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service to members, responding to their financial needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively promote and cross-sell credit union products and services to enhance members' financial well-being.
  • Meet or exceed established individual new accounts goals and member branch WIG expectations.
  • Stay logged into the queues for maximum availability for members, maintaining appropriate queue times, call ratio, call handle time, and call wait times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in a positive and team-oriented manner.
Requirements
  • One year to three years of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency with 10-key calculator and typewriter.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
