Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Conduct new account functions, explaining various account options and providing necessary counseling.
  • Prepare and review new account documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Educate members on ACU products and services, and cross-sell credit union services.

Essential Functions:

  • 60% - Receives and processes member financial transactions.
  • 20% - Conducts new account functions and prepares documentation.
  • 10% - Prepares and reviews new account documentation.
  • 5% - Educates members on ACU products and services.
  • 5% - Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual: Spanish/English
  • $100.00 Monthly Bilingual Bonus

Attendance is an essential function of performing the duties of this job.
