We are currently in search of a Business Analyst/Project Manager who possesses a strong track record in the field. In this role, you will engage with diverse teams to assess business requirements, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and oversee the successful execution of analytical tasks, development, testing, and deployment of our software product features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance assessments.
  • Establish reporting and alerting protocols.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with partners to optimize integrations.
  • Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes.
  • Identify common sources of technical issues and provide recommendations to the product support team.
  • Communicate critical insights and findings to the product support team.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance monitoring, identify issues, and deliver greater value to clients.
  • Support project implementations.
  • Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing on deployed solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirement elicitation and testing.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Basic coding experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Experience in data analysis to derive business-relevant conclusions and familiarity with data visualization techniques.
  • Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
  • Basic understanding of process documentation generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Prior knowledge of Sales & Client Relations functions.
  • Familiarity with marketing systems and processes.
