We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at FEHE Enterprises, Inc. as a LPN/Skilled Nursing professional.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical needs, including wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
- Oversee the services of direct care staff and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Administer tube feeding, ADLs, and nursing assessments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- GA Licensed LPN.
- First Aid and CPR certified.
- Clean Criminal Record Check.
- Excellent administrative skills and ability to read and write English.
- Computer literate.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
