Nursing Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our nursing team at Crestwood Care Center.
About the OpportunityThis role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As a STNA, you will provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our elderly population.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal and nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of resident activities and progress.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
The estimated salary range for this position is $21-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes generous weekend and 3rd shift differentials, dedicated schedules, tuition reimbursement, free uniforms, and more.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A high school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Graduation from an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
- Prior work/life experiences involving independent decision-making.
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment is desirable.
