Maintenance Technician III Job Description

LanceSoft is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, corrective actions, and proactive programs to increase machine uptime.
  • Develop and recommend changes to maintenance programs to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including power distribution, branch circuits, lighting systems, and transformers.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot control systems, including relay logic, ladder diagrams, and PLC programs.
  • Mentor junior technicians and develop a positive working relationship with colleagues across all levels of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with safety training and comply with all safety programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two-year technical degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least six years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment as a maintenance technician.
