- Supporting the Vision and Direction of the organization by focusing on employee education and training initiatives.
- Identifying and Assessing Training Needs through consultation, observation, New Hire Orientation, and recommendations from Supervisors and Managers, then assigning to Certified Trainers.
- Developing Individualized and Group Training Curriculum to address specific needs and results in tangible outcomes, in collaboration with the Training Specialist.
- Conducting Unbiased Assessments, Grading, and Follow-up on a consecutive cycle to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Delivering Courses and Curricula concerning Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and teaching Certified Trainers as required, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Implementing Effective Training Methods and training Certified Trainers using the same methods to ensure consistency and quality.
- Supporting Training Curriculum Strategy, Design, and Deployment of content to meet the needs of the organization.
- Driving Cultural Values and Philosophy through all training and development activities to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Demonstrating Effective Communication (verbal and written) with all team members to ensure clear understanding and collaboration.
- Managing Training Technologies required to develop, manage, and deliver training to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Setting Clear Direction, Effective Plans, and Measurable Outcomes through the management of each training class to ensure success.
- Ensuring Work is Accomplished Effectively by managing Certified Trainer performance, work processes, and other resources to achieve business outcomes.
- Managing Training Materials and Files including document control and training records in accordance with cGMP to ensure compliance and quality.
- Performing Other Duties as Assigned to support the organization's goals and objectives.
