Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test and Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Leidos Holding. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integration, test, and evaluation of new or modified avionics, payloads, and sensors for the U-2 Dragon Lady.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to develop data management plans and quality control plans for test data.
  • Provide input into testing and evaluation planning and reporting documents.
  • Conduct background research to determine testability of Critical Operational Issues and Criteria (COIC).
  • Analyze and evaluate all aspects of the test plan, including test support requirements and cost estimates.
  • Ensure test members are trained in test design and data collection techniques.
  • Conduct quality assurance data scrubs and reviews to ensure data collection and reduction procedures are understood and properly adhered to.
  • Develop accurate and comprehensive test reporting documents.
  • Prepare briefing documents and respond to inquiries from other organizations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 12-15 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience working on military aircraft avionics systems, subsystems, and required support systems or equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with senior leadership.
  • Ability to lead and manage works of other technical staff.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in U.S. Air Force test processes.
  • Experience with AFLCMC U-2 System Project Office (SPO).
