Job Overview:

The Regional Installation Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the Construction and Installation Manager by overseeing jobsite activities, managing field teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout installation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and team supervision, with a focus on timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of installation projects carried out by Guldmann, Inc. personnel and subcontractors.
  • Supervise installation sites, ensuring the performance and quality of work by both internal and external installers.
  • Coordinate with facility personnel to facilitate proper scheduling and timely project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with Guldmann's quality standards across all installation projects.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to the Construction and Installation Manager.
  • Enforce safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
  • Mentor and train field crews to enhance their skills and overall performance.
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise during installation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing installation projects.
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
  • Knowledgeable about safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

Candidates must possess the physical and mental stamina to perform duties in various environments, including the ability to manage stressors associated with operational and administrative tasks. Frequent lifting and moving of up to 70 pounds is required, along with the ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, and see, including working in tight spaces.
