About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Jefferson Health. As a key member of our Engineering and Maintenance Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of assigned staff mechanics and personnel engaged in the installation, construction, maintenance, and repair of equipment and operations throughout the medical center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the activities of assigned staff mechanics and personnel
  • Ensure the installation, construction, maintenance, and repair of equipment and operations are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Manage and coordinate the work of assigned staff to meet the needs of the medical center
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent trade school degree required
  • At least ten years of journeyman experience and 5 years of supervisory experience required
  • Previous supervisory experience in a multi-craft union environment is preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications: Trade school degree required
Conditions of Employment
